We offer professional installation services for all of our fruit trees, flowering plants, and specialty varieties. Whether you're looking to plant a single mango tree or create an entire edible landscape, we can help. Our team handles delivery, planting, and setup — making it easy for you to enjoy your new garden from day one.
Delivery Options
We provide the following delivery services based on availability:Same-Day Delivery – When scheduled early and stock is available, we can offer same-day delivery.
Two-Day Delivery – Typically available for most local orders.
Scheduled Delivery – Customers may schedule deliveries in advance to meet project timelines or availability.
Delivery appointments are generally available seven days a week.
We will schedule the delivery upon order confirmation.
All deliveries are made to the customer’s driveway or an accessible location near the front of the property that is deemed safe by our delivery team. This includes the customer's front driveway, parking pad, or a clearly accessible curbside area.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Be present during the delivery window if special instructions are required.
Ensure the driveway or designated delivery area is accessible and free of obstructions.
Notify us of any gates, animals, or obstacles that could prevent safe delivery.
Failure to do so may result in rescheduling and/or additional fees.
Limitations & Liabilities
We are not responsible for any damage to underground infrastructure or landscaping when accessing areas beyond the standard drop-off zone unless caused by gross negligence.
We will not remove or install any plants during delivery unless the installation service is also purchased at the time of the order.

Terms of Service for Plant Installation Services
Effective Date: April 1, 2025These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all plant installation services (“Services”) provided by Fruit Trees Only (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to the customer (“Client” or “Homeowner”) and are in addition to our general website and sales terms. By scheduling or accepting plant installation services, the Client agrees to the following:
1. Call Before You Dig (811) - Utility Marking Requirement
Before any plant installation can occur, the Client is required to contact Florida’s 811 service (“Sunshine 811”) to have all underground utility lines marked. This service is free and can be reached by dialing 811 at least 2 full business days prior to installation.
This requirement applies to all services provided in St. Johns County, Florida, and may apply in other service areas as well.
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure utility marking has occurred and that visible utility markings are present on the property before work begins.
If utility marking has not been completed, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel installation without penalty to the Company.
2. Client Responsibilities - The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date property access information.
Clearly identify the desired planting location(s) prior to the start of work.
Ensure access to the installation area is clear of obstructions, pets, and debris.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays or additional charges.
3. Liability Waiver
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and damage-free installation:
The Company is not liable for any damage to underground utilities or property if 811 was not contacted by the Client or if markings were ignored, removed, or altered.
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing soil, irrigation, or structural issues on the property.
The Client assumes full responsibility for verifying local regulations, HOA rules, and easements.
4. Standards of Installation
All plantings are performed according to accepted practices in the Florida agricultural and landscape industry, including:
Proper spacing, soil amendments, and mulch Stake and tie (if necessary) Watering at time of installation
However, plant performance is influenced by variables outside of our control (e.g., weather, pests, soil conditions, homeowner care). Therefore:
No guarantee is expressed or implied for plant health beyond the date of installation unless a separate written warranty is provided.
Post-installation care of the newly installed plants is the responsibility of the homeowner.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
