Standard Warranty included with all plants

Fruit Trees Only warranties to the original purchaser the survival of fruit trees, ornamentals and flowering plants for a full thirty (30) days from the date of purchase at 100% of the purchase price of that plant.

Our warranty is limited to a one time, single replacement of the plant in the same variety or a store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original plant, but not a refund in the amount of the purchase price.

Customer must present deceased plant, in person, along with original receipt from purchase.

The cost of labor and delivery are not covered under this warranty.

We recommend our customers refer to the tree care page on our website in the event of any arising issues with newly purchased fruit trees.

The Fruit Trees Only Extended Warranty

Fruit Trees Only will sell, upon request, to the original purchaser the survival of fruit trees for a full 1 year from the date of purchase at 100% of the purchase price of that plant.

Pricing is per plant and offered at the time of purchase.

Our extended warranty is limited to one (1) replacement of the exact extended warranty plant but not a refund in the amount of the purchase price.

Plant must be of equal breed, variety, and size of original purchase.
Example: Jane purchased a 15 gallon Brogdon Avocado tree within the last 365 days, based her original purchase receipt. Jane's tree met with the perils of nature and is now deceased. Jane should bring her original receipt and bring her deceased tree to Fruit Trees Only at her convenience within the 365 day window. Jane's warranty claim will be submitted and generally approved same day. Upon approval, Jane will be able to pick out any available 15 gallon Brogdon Avocado tree or any other flavor variety within the Fruit Trees Only 15 Gallon Avocado stock.

Customer must present deceased plant, in person, along with original receipt from purchase.

The cost of labor and delivery are not covered under this warranty.

Extended warranty terms and conditions: Deceased plant must be returned in person.

The Fruit Trees Only Warranty does not apply to the following:

Damage due to abnormal weather, insects, disease, negligence or abuse
Branch dieback or breakage on your property
Failure to blossom
Winter damage or other acts of nature.
Plants which die during summer due to lack of water caused by water bans or other watering practices.
We do not warranty plant material which is transplanted.
This warranty is void without a receipt or without any record in our database.
